About Aptihealth

aptihealth is a Behavioural Healthcare Platform in Primary Healthcare Domain. Physicians refer their patients to aptihealth for rapid access to a comprehensive behavioural health assessment, followed by a telehealth consult with a behavioural specialist. It’s a collaborative platform between primary care physicians, behavioural specialists and prescribers for providing patient’s care & improving patient wellness.

The Challenges

Aptihealth needed a Website and Mobile App for iOS and Android devices that could provide an intuitive & simple User Experience & designs for mental health patients and caregivers. aptihealth on-boarded NickelFox with a vision to get real time insights of their patients, smooth connect between patient and caregiver on a scalable mobile application. They wanted patients to first self assess themselves on various parameters of life and the way they monitor themselves through daily life routine activities. This would help caregivers to understand their patients well before they start visiting.They also wanted to have a chat support functionality that could connect them to their patients any time, anywhere.

Business Solutions

We created a seamless assessment process flow platform for gathering data/information from Behavioral Health Patients. Easy access to all Features for all stakeholders throughout the treatment lifecycle.

Focused use of Colors / Design styles to guide through various user segments. Each User flow was designed as per the intuitive capabilities of each user, only focusing on the most important data/actions.Usage of illustrations to reduce dependency on reading Text across all dashboards.

Displaying only relevant information/Call to actions for patients at each stage of treatment lifecycle. Assuring Minimal Scrolling and swiping actions. A Simple layout for dashboard & reports for Healthcare professionals with key metrics. We have an ongoing engagement as UI/UX partners for aptihealth till date.

Key highlights of engagement with Nickelfox

We created a smart system that could trace data from ovulation tracking device when connected physically to a smartphone’s camera and convert it into human understandable insight. This helped women to promptly track their fertility window. We also developed an eye catching, user-friendly iOS and Android Mobile Application.
