The Approach
Their work primarily involves leveraging existing Google Cloud managed services, with our team providing architectural leadership. This collaboration has been highly beneficial, as they bring strong expertise in that space while also delivering custom React development on the frontend. About 75% of their efforts focus on Google Cloud to ensure our infrastructure is robust and capable of supporting a large-scale data pipeline.

The Outcome
It’s a mix of automated metrics that demonstrate system reliability, along with data that highlights their contribution to supporting our sales pipeline. They’ve also assisted in bringing some of our data into the system, with our in-house team auditing and validating that work.
I don’t rely on them solely for it, but they do fine with what we need them to do.
